November 12th

This morning, students worked on our bulletin board. It is all ready for the Christmas Market this Saturday.





Then students had Gym with Ms. Cranfield and French with Mme. V.

After lunch, students had Music with Ms. Demetriou.

They then completed Spelling post-tests and pre-tests for next week as well at their grammar skills package.

At the end of the day, students continued a note about Ancient Japan which introduced the Feudal System.

November 8th



This morning, students continued reading Out of My Mind. They then had Gym with Ms. Cranfield.

Students then learned how to determine outcomes of events related to probability in Math.

After Lunch, students discussed Remembrance Day through videos and then worked on their Christmas Concert performance.

At the end of the day, students had Art where they completed Remembrance Day posters.

November 7th

This morning, students brainstormed ideas for the Christmas. They then had Health and focused on Mental Health today.

Students then had French with Mme. V.

For Math today, students completed some word puzzles.

After lunch, students had Music with Ms. Demetriou and then learned about Ancient Japan. The geography and population were the focus today.

November 6th

This morning, students learned about Fire Safety with Firefighter Kelly!








Students then had Gym with Ms. Cranfield.

After that, students reviewed mean, median, mode, and range in math class.

Then, students presented their awesome Favourite Pet/Animal slideshows.

At the end of the day, students learned about ancient Japan through an interactive PowerPoint.

Happy Monday!

This morning students completed math. They learned about Mean or Average, and reviewed Median and Mode. They also read the next chapter in Out of My Mind.


Students then had French with Mme. V and Gym with Ms. Cranfield. They also had Music with Mrs. D this afternoon.

At the end of the day, students had their spelling pre-tests and worked on their grammar packages.

Happy Friday!

This morning, students created songs based on math concepts that we have been learning.





They then read 3 more chapters of Out of My Mind . We left off on a cliff hanger and are curious to see what happens next!

Students then had Gym with Ms. Cranfield.

After lunch, students worked on their Japan Maps, submitted their Slideshows, and had their spelling tests.

November 1st

This morning, students reviewed mode and range and learned about median.

They then had Gym with Ms. Cranfield and French with Mme. V.

After lunch, students worked on their slideshows and then began to learn about Ancient Japan. Today they completed a mapping activity on the regions of Japan.

At the end of the day, students had Art with Mrs. Doucette where they created Remembrance Day posters.
